  1. Where can I find product reviews and beauty news?
    The social media icons are linked in our website which can be clicked on to be directed to our social media pages, where you can find some reviews from previous customers about our services. The products however, customers may be required to look for the website of the product brand in order to find reviews as the products are not made by us, but rather ordered exteriorly.

     

  2. Will I be expected to make conversation with my beauty professional?
    At times, your beauty professional may suggest some methods that he or she believe to enhance your look or if you’re feeling satisfied with the service so far. There is no harm in being quiet if you are not one to socialise, though answering important questions would be highly recommended.

     

  3. What if a treatment goes wrong? Will I get my money back?
    Our policy disables us from refunding money for poor services, however, to compensate for the lack of satisfaction, we will offer discounts for 2 or 3 services that customers come in for in the future.

     

  4. What if I fall asleep during the treatment?
    It is common for customers to fall asleep during our service, such as head massage, hand massage and leg massage. And for a short period of time, we will allow you to doze off. However, if we need you to shift positions or to move on to the next service, we may need to wake you up from your beauty nap.

     

  5. Can I come in for a consultation?
    Yes, customers can come in for consultations. We understand that certain customers want to know the fixed price for a service, such as straightening for a certain hair length or make up applications for certain areas only, and we can only do so if we see them in person. However, during peak hours or busy time, customers may need to wait a few minutes before one of our beautician is free from completing a service. We do this for free of charge.

     

  6. What shampoo should I use to protect my color-treated hair?
    We recommend Rene Futerer’s Okara Re-balancing shampoo. It enables the hair to retain the desired tints. The okara contains proteins, filling in the breaks where it needed to restructure and strengthen the hair. The vitamin B5 adds shine, the exclusive French formula simply makes the hair easier to comb. The okara system includes conditioner, and protective mousse with sunscreen to stabilize color betwen visits to the salon.
